  • Products that show signs of use, wear, or damage (not due to manufacturing defects) will not be eligible for a return.

  • If your return is approved, we will issue a refund in the form of a credit for your future purchases at Kellan Gear. Cash refunds are not applicable as we operate exclusively on a cash-on-delivery basis.
